15U-18U OPEN HOUSE/EVALUATION & TRYOUTS
Please fill out this form to register for evaluations. You can pay at the door. Online payments are coming soon.
The AZ Region has established an Open House period for players and their parents to visit different clubs to help decide which club to try out for and join for the 2024-2025 season. The Open House period typically occurs during the 10-day period prior to the specific age group tryouts. Additional details, including dates, times, and payment links, are available to help you pay ahead of time and avoid lines. You can pay online or at the tryouts. If you wish to purchase all three days and tryouts, you can click on the bundle package link below. Please make sure to bring a copy of your receipt to evaluations or tryouts.

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early for check-in and ensure your USAV Tryout membership is completed. Visit our forms page for the required documents needed for tryouts.
Upon tryouts, we will have a short parent meeting to discuss details and complete paperwork.
Parent Orientation & Uniform Fitting
New to Club Parent Orientation:
- Date: Sunday, November 24, 2024
- Time: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
During this orientation, new parents will receive important information about the club. Additionally, the girls will be fitted for their uniforms and orders will be placed.
Existing Club Parents Meeting:
- Date: Sunday, November 24, 2024
- Time: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
